Vice President Harris, during her first rally in a battleground state as the likely Democratic presidential nominee, sought to draw sharp contrasts Tuesday with former president Donald Trump on issues including abortion and economic opportunity. “The path to the White House goes through Wisconsin," Harris told an enthusiastic crowd in the Milwaukee area. President Biden is set to deliver a speech Wednesday night from the White House about his decision to end his reelection campaign.
