Veteran singer Sonu Singer recently attended the prayer meet of former actor and T-Series coowner Krishan Kumar’s daughter Tishaa Kumaar and was found in a heartwrenching moment as he cried inconsolably on Kumar’s lap.

The singer and music company holds a long-standing relationship of over 30 years. Tishaa Kumar passed away last week at the age of 21 due to cancer. She was laid to rest in Vile Parle on Monday and Bhushan Kumar, Farah Khan, Riteish Deshmukh to Jaaved Jaaferi reached the crematorium to pray for her. Several celebs including Kartik Aaryan, Anil Kapoor, Anu Malik, Vicky Jain, Udit Narayan, Jackie Shroff, and Bobby Deol attended the prayer meet to offer condolences to the Kumar family in Mumbai.

Last week T-Series released a statement in the wake of Tishaa’s passing and requesting privacy for the family. It read, “Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is a difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that the family’s privacy is respected.”

Singer Tulsi Kumar paid a heartfelt tribute to her late cousin by sharing a throwback picture and wrote, “Our dearest Tishaa, it breaks my heart that you are gone It was not your time to go, we wanted to see you grow, prosper, achieve success and see you in your wedding dress, not see you like this Gone too soon my little sister ❤️ #omshanti #stayinpeace #alwaysinourheart.”

Actress Khushali Kumar also shared a throwback pic of her late ’little sister’ and wrote, “Our princess Tishaa, it breaks my heart that you are gone.
