Talking about the review, Firstpost has given the movie 3.5 stars and wrote, “Rajkummar Rao, who delivered winners this year with Srikanth and Mr & Mrs Mahi, continues his form with Stree 2. The actor once again hit the right chords with his charm, innocence, adorable and funny aura of Vicky. Shraddha Kapoor has comparatively limited screen time compared to the first part but does win the heart with her expressive eyes and acting mettle.
