 Hema Malini gets uncomfortable and angry as female fan puts hands on her shoulder, netizens have mixed reactions

Hema Malini was at an event recently when a female fan wanted to click a picture with the actress and kept her hand on her shoulders. Malini was visibily uncomfortable and angry, and seeing the video, netizens had mixed reactions.

One user wrote- “Nobody has d right to touch like dat.” Another said, “Hum log he inke aage piche ghum kar inhe special bnate hai mai to kbhi bhi na ghumu kisi ke aage piche self respect bhi koi cheez hoti hai.”

Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini played the parents of four grown-up sons in the 2003 family drama Baghban. As the project recently clocked 20 years, Bollywood’s Dream Girl opened up about working with Big B during a recent conversation with Hindustan Times. The veteran actress revealed that Amitabh Bachchan used to be much more jovial a decade ago. She recalled that as he would reach the set of Baghban, the crew used to get excited as they knew that Big B would make a joke or two.  

Hema Malini said, “He used to be so jovial, fun-loving. I don’t think he is like that anymore. Pata nahi, thoda serious ho gaye hain aaj kal (He has become a bit serious these days)”, said Malini.

Who convinced Hema Malini to do Baghban?

Hema Malini further added that she was initially not sure about doing Baghban as she had not essayed the role of a mother before this, that to a mother of four grown-up men. She said that her mother was the one who persuaded her to take up the role. The Dream Girl revealed that her mother said to her that if Amitabh Bachchan can play a father, she too can do the movie.
