Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable Kulwinder Kaur, who was suspended after allegedly slapping actress and MP Kangana Ranaut on June 6 at the Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh, has been transferred to Bengaluru.
