Nothing’s sub-brand, CMF, is set to launch its first-ever smartphone, the CMF Phone 1, on July 8. This announcement was made via a social media post by the company.
With the CMF Phone 1, we should also get to see two other devices – the CMF Buds Pro 2 and the CMF Watch Pro 2 – during their next Community Update event. These products will collectively form the initial ecosystem of devices under the CMF brand.
The event is scheduled for July 8 at 10 AM BST or about 2:30 PM IST, where the official launch of CMF Phone 1, CMF Buds Pro 2, and CMF Watch Pro 2 will take place.
This announcement comes shortly after leaks hinted at various specifications for the CMF Phone 1 and sightings of the CMF Watch Pro 2 on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, indicating an imminent launch in India.
Although specific details about the devices have not been disclosed, Nothing has teased a common design element that all three devices share – a rotating dial.

The device is speculated to have a 5,000mAh battery and support for up to 33W wired fast charging. One tipster suggested that the box price of the CMF Phone 1 might be Rs. 19,999. However, the actual selling price could be slightly lower than the mentioned box price.
