HP unveiled the upcoming two new AI-powered laptops in India: the HP EliteBook Ultra and the HP OmniBook X.

These devices are part of HP’s AI PCs category and are built on the latest ARM architecture, powered by the Snapdragon X Elite chipset.

They are designed to support a range of artificial intelligence features and will be the first to integrate the HP AI Companion for performance optimisation and on-device AI tool management.

The HP EliteBook Ultra AI PC, which targets businesses and enterprises, will be available for pre-booking at a starting price of Rs. 1,53,399. It features a Snapdragon X Elite chip with 12 cores running up to 3.4GHz, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. It also includes a dedicated Qualcomm Hexagon NPU for handling AI tasks.

The HP EliteBook Ultra comes with a 14-inch 2.2K IPS display and has a peak brightness of 300 nits, measures 31.29 x 22.35 x 0.84 cm, and weighs 1.34 kg.

It is powered by a 3-cell, 59 Wh Li-ion polymer battery supporting 65W fast charging via USB Type-C. Other features include a 5-megapixel IR camera, Bluetooth 5.2 support, and dual stereo speakers with audio by Poly Studio.

The HP OmniBook X AI PC, aimed at retail consumers, creators, and freelancers, will be priced at Rs. 1,39,999. This laptop also runs on the Snapdragon X Elite chipset paired with the Qualcomm Hexagon NPU, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD storage.

It also comes with a 14-inch 2.2K IPS display with 300 nits peak brightness and micro-edge bezels. The battery, audio, and connectivity specifications are similar to those of the EliteBook Ultra.

Both laptops come bundled with 25GB of free Dropbox storage for 12 months from the date of registration. They also support AI features like Spotlight and Auto Framing and include a dedicated Copilot key for quick access to Microsoft’s AI chatbot.

Additionally, they are equipped with Wolf Pro Security Next Gen Antivirus, which uses machine learning to protect against threats.

The launch event is scheduled to take place soon, and pre-booking options are available through various channels, including HP partners, the HP Online Store, HP World stores, Reliance Digital, Croma, and Vijay Sales.
